Are canceled reservations refundable?
I understand that plans change and sometimes flights get canceled. Due to the nature of my business and coordinating several reservations a day, all reservations are non-refundable. You will receive a coupon code for 50% of the base rate toward a future reservation. These are transferable.
What if my flight gets delayed?
I understand that flight delays can be unpredictable and out of your control. I will do my very best to accommodate the delays. If flight gets delayed to a completely different day, I will still try my best to accommodate. If it conflicts with existing reservations then cancel reservation policy applies.
Are car seats required?
Yes, I follow all WA State child restraint laws.
Can I share my reservation with a friend/family member?
Yes, I allow for shared reservations as long as pick up locations are relatively close together. Due to scheduling this would need to be coordinated in advance.
Do you provide service outside of NE Tacoma, Browns Point or Federal Way?
While I mainly serve these communities, I am open to providing service to those outside of these areas from personal referrals. (Rates will vary depending on pick up location.)
