All reservations must be paid in advance and are NON-REFUNDABLE. You will receive 50% of base fare toward a future reservation. NOTE: Client is responsible for adding coupon code at time of their next reservation in order for coupon to be honored.

You understand that “The Uber Girl Next Door” is privately owned and this is not via Uber. Payments are made privately via Acuity Scheduling/Stripe.

“The Uber Girl Next Door” reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time.

You agree to be flexible with your pickup/drop off times if needed (this rarely happens).

Scheduled trips can be cancelled at ANY TIME by either party. A full refund will be given if “The Uber Girl Next Door” must cancel due to a scheduling conflict.

You agree to respect “The Uber Girl Next Door's” time and will try your very best to give as much advance notice as possible for cancelled trips.

"The Uber Girl Next Door" is a service exclusively offered to NE Tacoma, Browns Point, Federal Way and close surrounding areas and you will not refer her to people outside of these communities without getting prior permission.

You agree to express any issues/concerns directly with "The Uber Girl Next Door".

You agree to comply with RCW 46.61.687 (see below) if my child requires a booster per WA State Law.

“The Uber Girl Next Door” reserves the right to refuse service without proper child restraints even if it is an emergency situation.

Child Booster Seat Laws in Washington The rules in section RCW 46.61.687 (1) (c) (e) say that children who are under 4 feet 9 inches tall must ride in a child booster seat, after they outgrow their forward-facing car seat. The booster seat should be used and placed for proper installation with a federally approved safety seat belt system.
